THE GUEST EXPERIENCE

Protection without breaking the rhythm of the day.

Sunscreen application is necessary but often inconvenient, uneven and detached from the service experience. Pearl Cocoon turns that moment into a visible amenity: fast, calm and memorable enough to become part of the resort story.

01

Step in

An open, welcoming enclosure keeps the experience airy and intuitive.

02

Select

A simple touch interface confirms the guest profile and starts the cycle.

03

Apply

Six concealed spray zones deliver a controlled, even body mist.

04

Return to resort life

The target cycle is 30–45 seconds, with minimal interruption to the day.

Target cycle and coverage are subject to formula, dosing and human-factor validation during the pilot.

CONCEPT FILM

See the ritual in motion.

A brief view of the intended guest journey—from approaching Pearl Cocoon to the quiet application moment and an effortless return to the resort day.

SITE READINESS

A considered amenity, not a construction project.

Pearl Cocoon is planned as a pre-assembled module. The preferred location is a shaded, supervised transition zone between accommodation, pool and beach—visible, convenient and protected from direct surf exposure.

Final requirements follow a short site survey and local electrical review.

QUESTIONS RESORT TEAMS ASK

Practical by design.

Can the resort use its preferred SPF formula?

Potentially, yes. Formula compatibility, spray performance and local cosmetic compliance must be validated before launch. A qualified cosmetic OEM remains responsible for the SPF product.

Does the booth need permanent plumbing?

No permanent water connection is planned. A nearby floor drain is preferred; a self-contained recovery tank can be specified where drainage is unavailable.

Can it operate without a permanent power point?

The standard configuration uses a protected mains outlet. A 2–3 kWh battery module can support mobile or backup operation, subject to the final duty cycle.

What happens if a nozzle is blocked?

The planned control system monitors cycle completion and service status. Staff receive a simple cleaning procedure, while critical spares are included in the launch kit.

Is the SPF claim already certified?

No. Pearl Cocoon is currently a product concept. Formula efficacy, dose, spray pattern, electrical safety and market-specific approvals form part of prototype and pilot validation.
